In this touching session Amy dramatizes the history of the Olympic Torch and the words of her passing mother to engage the audience in answering these questions. What flame are you carrying? What are you passing to the next generation? What is your legacy? As with Moses to Joshua, Elijah to Elisha, mother to child and worker to co-worker we all have apprentices in life. More often than not multitudes are watching and it is never too late to become a carrier of the flame. Women will take a deep look into their daily activity which is quickly becoming their legacy. In this session women’s eyes are opened to what destructive behaviors may have ensued their point of impact. Whether hurt from religion, abandonment, or betrayal – God is able to redeem. Women will make room to receive restoration as their focus shifts from man to Christ. Healing the hurts of yesterday frees our walk for today. Find out what hurt has to do has to do with it.

As the card of unforgiveness is drawn you quickly move to last place. Soon your life becomes that of a token taken by the head and pluncked onto the squares that determine your final fate. In this lively parable presentation Amy thoroughly covers the causes, effects and redemption of guilt and shame. Women will shuffle through scripture and roll the dice in a new game they are sure to win!

A Life Resembling Peters

A striking comparison of a believer and the person of Peter. Peter never became perfect but still was one of only 3 in Jesus’ inner circle. Peter’s life encourages us that we serve a God of second and third chances. Jesus chooses those of us who can be changed by his love, even those of us who often fail. In an age where millions of women battle mental disorders and 1 in 4 are crippled by depression many struggle with attaining this truth.
